Hosted Gateway Addendum to
Virtru Subscription Agreement

If Customer purchased a subscription to Virtru’s Hosted Gateway functionality as part of the Virtru Services, the Hosted Gateway terms apply, which terms will control over any conflict with this Agreement.

Section 5.2 is hereby deleted and replaced with the following:

Customer Content. As between Virtru and Customer, Customer owns the Customer Content. Customer permits Virtru a worldwide, non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free, right and license during the term of this Agreement to reproduce, distribute, and create derivatives of the Customer Content solely in order to provide the Virtru Services in accordance with this Agreement.

Except as expressly modified by this Addendum, the provisions of the Agreement will remain in full force and effect.
