Easily Control Access to Secure Share Functionality

Easily control file sharing while maintaining internal collaboration workflows. Virtru Secure Share provisioning groups allow you to grant access to Secure Share functionality for select users within your organization. Administrators define who within the organization can proactively share files while still allowing all users to receive and reply to files sent to them, ensuring security without disrupting workflows.

• Users in the provisioning group can send files and request files to be sent to them
• Users not in the provisioning group can receive and reply to files sent to them, but cannot share files on their own
