As the CEO of Virtru, I've always believed that a company's true strength lies not just in its products, but in its people. Recent events have only reinforced this belief, reminding me why I'm so proud to be a Virtruvian.

Just yesterday, we received an email from a customer that gave me goosebumps. Without naming names, a solutions architect at a major hospital reached out to express their gratitude for our team's exceptional support during a critical deployment. This message wasn't just about the effectiveness of our software—it was a testament to the dedication, expertise, and genuine care our team members bring to their work every day.

At Virtru, we call ourselves Virtruvians, and it's more than just a clever name. It represents our shared commitment to going above and beyond for our customers. This commitment is woven into the very fiber of our organization, a key component of our culture that I'm immensely proud of.

Our leadership team has fostered an environment where integrity is paramount, measured by our deeply held commitment to do what we say we're going to do. This ethos permeates every level of our organization, from our strategic account directors and sales engineers to our customer success teams, deployment engineers, product teams, and support staff.

These cross-functional teams work tirelessly to help our customers rapidly deploy granular policy and access controls on sensitive data that must be shared in a manner that creates value for the business—but also in a manner that does not sacrifice security and fosters compliance with established regulations like HIPAA. It's a complex challenge, but one our team embraces with enthusiasm and skill.

Delivering on our mission starts with our team and our culture, where we put our users and customers first. We're in the middle of building a truly iconic business, and our people are our secret sauce—a clear competitive differentiator from so many other software companies that are simply going through the motions of pushing cybersecurity products onto people.

What sets us apart is our unwavering commitment to our tagline: "Respect the data, respect the people." This isn't just a catchy phrase; it's a philosophy that guides everything we do. We understand that behind every piece of data is a person, and our solutions are designed to protect both with equal care and consideration.

The recent feedback we received highlights how our team members go out of their way to ensure each and every customer is satisfied. From proactively reviewing documentation to providing rapid, thorough responses to a barrage of technical questions, our Virtruvians demonstrate time and again that they're not just here to sell a product—they're here to ensure our customers' success.

As we continue to grow and evolve, I'm more convinced than ever that while our software is revolutionary, it's our people who truly set us apart. They are the embodiment of our values, the drivers of our innovation, and the reason why Virtru isn't just another software company—we're a partner in our customers' success.

To all Virtruvians: Thank you for your dedication, your expertise, and your unwavering commitment to our mission. You are the reason we're building something truly special here at Virtru. Let's continue to respect the data, respect the people, and change the world of data security together.
